Consultancy Project Management Business Skills Development (30-40 %)
Internationally experienced consultant to support the national project management with specific expertise in business analysis and business skills development. The consultant shall specifically support in business plan development and trainings for MSMEs, contract management as well as partner and donor communication and reporting.
Aufgaben
  • Co-management of the project with a national project manager 
  • Assessment of MSME business plans and business skills development
  • Contract management
  • Communication with various stakeholders, inkluding implementing partner organisations and donor organisation 
  •  Support donor and internal reporting 
  • Quality and process management
Anforderung
  • Experience with business analysis and business skills development
  • Contract management 
  • Finance management 
  • Excellent writing skills in English 
  • Advance professional knowledge with the standard MS office applications 
  • German language skills are an asset 
  • Experience in the working area (Ethiopia) is a strong asset 
  • Experince in the sector of employment and in the construction industry is a strong asset 
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at different levels
Your place of work will be in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and remote; while we expect that you spend at least 70% of your service days in Ethiopia with a minimum of 5 expected in-country missions. 
Starting date: 01.05.2024 or as agreed upon. 

The actual conclusion of the contract is subject to the approval of the project by the donor. Framework-contract with approx. 120 service/fee days until 31.12.2025.
